PROCEDURE

If a decision is made to award a degree based on information presented to the respective campus collections office, the Office of the Registrar will post the degree within one week of the decision being made.

The Office of the Registrar will confer degrees for the date the student was originally cleared for graduation.

Once the degree is posted, the student will also receive a diploma, be able to obtain an official transcript and receive certification of the degree award.
