For overnight charters, give the bus company the name, address, and phone number of the hotel the group is staying at so the bus company can make advance hotel reservations for their driver(s).

From Airport - give flight information so the bus driver can check if the flight has arrived, if the group is not waiting at the appointed pick-up spot.
