NOTE: The University Policy Office continually looks for ways in which we can best serve our end users. Last year we surveyed our customers and discovered that there was a stronger preference for text procedures than the flowcharts provided in Financial One Stop. That feedback combined with the challenges of supporting multiple sets of information led us to the decision to transition to one consistent method of presenting administrative procedures.

Thus the Financial OneStop website has been discontinued and the information has been converted from the flowcharts into the standard procedure format that is used for all other administrative procedures. These procedures will be put into the Policy Library on July 1, 2008. This change will not impact your ability to locate the information you need.
