Requesting a credit by special examination fee

The collegiate fee administrator must submit the special exam fee request as part of the college's annual budget process. This is a one-time request that will roll-forward each year, unless the collegiate fee administrator requests a change.

Posting a credit by special examination fee

Each college must identify the staff who will post the special exam fee to student account. This individual must complete the Access Request Form to gain access to post the fee and must attend the following training sessions:

Each college must determine its business process for posting the fee; it is recommended that the college post the fee after the department has determined that a student may take the exam.

Credit by special examination fees must be posted to the student’s account in the same term during which the student completed the exam.
